If the return reason is on our end (defective product, stains, wrong item/size shipped), we will cover shipping costs. Any other reasons, such as an item being not like or wanted, changed mind, doesn't fit etc - the customer will have to cover shipping costs, as well as a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days from date of purchase. Customer will cover shipping charges. Returns/Exchanges on dated merchandise (ex.
